    @ITSTRUTH4U No this song was about an abortion on the toilet. And I remember seeing that interview. Outkast had to tell the public something because they were so freaked out by it. But that was the idea. There was a big problem with toilet abortions back then so outkast made this song to raise awareness and kind of scare girls into not doing this. That’s why you hear the mom screaming “the baby.”
